First and foremost, my Service Advisor was extremely friendly and greeted me immediately upon walking to the desk. All my questions were answered when asked and worked out appointment that fit my schedule for car. Was also informed on up coming maintenance that could be done right then and there instead of having to make another appointment. Got a text as soon as my car was ready!!! :)
