As a second-generation dealer, I’ve spent my entire life in the automotive industry, working my way up from a lot attendant washing cars to General Manager. My father, Bob Campbell, built a legacy as a respected and successful top dealer in Washington, and I was fortunate to learn firsthand from his mentorship. After graduating from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon in 2007 with a degree in entrepreneurship and a minor in finance, I joined my father full-time at our Washington Automall of Dealerships. With his guidance and support, we expanded to Hawaii, and in 2014, we opened KarMART of Maui.
Since then, Maui has become my home. My wife, Natali, was born and raised on the Westside of Maui, and our four children were all born and are being raised here. Our roots in this community run deep, and my dream is to continue building a business that makes a real, lasting impact—one that doesn’t just sell cars but truly supports the people of Hawaii.
A Passion for Our Industry & Community
I am actively invested in the future of the automotive industry in Hawaii, serving as a board member of the Hawaii Auto Dealers Association (HADA). Through this role, I work to ensure that our industry remains strong and continues to provide great-paying jobs and career opportunities for the people of Hawaii. Beyond offering vehicles to purchase, I believe our industry plays a vital role in supporting families and the local economy—a responsibility I take seriously.
I was also honored to be nominated as Hawaii’s 2024 Ally Time Dealer of the Year, a recognition that reflects my commitment to ethical business practices, customer satisfaction, and community involvement.

From day one, my mission has been to challenge the perception of car dealerships by creating an experience where customers feel like true Ohana, not just a transaction. We pride ourselves on transparency, fairness, and ongoing support long after the sale. That’s why we do things differently at KarMART of Maui—no additional dealer markup above MSRP on new vehicles, only the highest quality used cars, and programs like KarMART Cares Coverage to ensure our customers are protected.
To prove how serious I am about this, I list my personal email so that any member of our Ohana of Customers can reach out to me directly if they ever feel like we aren’t living up to this standard. I will personally work with my team to resolve any issue quickly and make sure you know you are appreciated.
As we continue to grow, our commitment to Maui remains the same—to be a positive force in the community, to invest in great people, and to make sure every customer who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and supported.
