I had an incredible experience with Scott at KarMART. I’ve been looking all over the island and didn’t see exactly what I needed or wanted until a random search at KarMart showed the SUV I chose. From the moment I inquired until the last signature was signed, I felt well cared for. I made a special request to Scott that I wanted the car left as is and wanted to hear it from a cold start. I did my due diligence in researching and wanted to rule out any issues before we even talked numbers. Scott honored that and was pro all the way. We test drove, decided this was exactly what I wanted and cruised back for paperwork. Scott is straight forward, full of aloha and explained everything so that I had very few questions at the end. Pricing in all areas was fair and he didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. Financing was lighting fast and he also has an insurance connection on island to help there if needed. I was there maybe 3 hours total from time of arrival to departure and I left with my dream car. Clean, gassed up and double checked that everything was in order. Before you go anywhere to look for your next car, START here, you won’t need to go anywhere else.

First time I went I was not a big fan, but had an oil change and battery replacement there that won me over. Have worked with the same guy both more recent times now and he is very transparent and upfront, which I appreciate. Both times he quoted me on the higher end and both times got a nice surprise that the work was done and the cost was lower.

Customer service was awesome! My advisor, El Loto, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work. He said my vehicle would be ready between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, but it was finished by lunchtime. Great service!

This is how buying a new car should work. I was offered a test drive of the car I wanted, then after the drive, we negotiated a final price. The entire process took less than two hours and I was in my new car. Thank you KarMart!
